Working directly with our client St Luke’s Hospice, Engage Workplace discussed the needs of their organisation to establish an initial layout of their proposed new premises at Brooklands Campus.
The 370 square meters of prime office space north of the city required a full fit out and partitioned offices built to accommodate the 100 staff, relocating from Pearn House in Mannamead. St Luke’s chose a demountable partition system that would allow for reconfiguration to adapt to future needs.
Engage Workplace worked with St Luke’s and the Project Manager, making several amends to the drawing in the process following site visits with Directors and Departmental managers to ensure the design met the requirements exactly
“Vince and Engage were very accommodating with our ever changing requirements and ‘no problem’ was always their response. As a Not-for-Profit organisation every penny counts and we were extremely pleased with the pricing, and the delivery. Vince is a pleasure to work with and nothing was too much trouble”
Penelope Davis-Gregory, Group Facilities Manager, St Luke’s Hospice
