Overview/ Following the successful redesign and fit out of partitioned meeting rooms and furniture for the Plymouth site, Engage were asked to submit a complete refurbishment proposal for the ground floor and 3rd floor of the Brittany Centre in Portsmouth. We were asked to transform the existing 3rd floor office area into a boardroom and client visitor suite and improve the ground floor external staffing facilities to include new kitchens, toilets, changing/locker area and breakout room.

Process/ After an initial site visit and client brief, our Design team produced a two dimensional product specific space plan. We undertook a full site survey to produce the scope of works involved to achieve the brief. After the space plan was agreed, we developed a complete furniture specification and 3D visuals including an interactive walkthrough to enable our client to see the proposed fit out from every angle
