Brief/ This rapidly expanding organisation required a vibrant and motivating environment to support staff retention and recruitment. The brief was to create an open plan inspiring work space that included several areas to break away from the desk for meetings, collaboration and quiet discussion.

Outcome/ Working with Coastel Communications, Engage were tasked with providing test fit designs on several buildings with The Apex proving to be the most suitable option. In addition to meeting rooms, we also included impromptu small meeting spaces, acoustic pods for quiet working and collaboration areas for team work.
