Overview/ Following the successful design and fit out of Falcon House in Langage on behalf of LDM Properties, Engage Workplace were invited to draw up feasibility plans for a new three storey site in Newton Abbot. After several consultations and design proposals a specification and time line was established. As the site was an empty building, the programme was able to start and continue safely during lockdown adhering to strict health & safety rules, managed on site by our project manager.

Partitions – Kitchens – Toilets & Showers – Lighting – Decoration – Carpet – Furniture

Process/ This four month project consisted of a partial strip out of walls, floors, ceilings and rebuild. New partitions were constructed with new LED lighting throughout and an adaptation and modernisation of the mechanical and electrical systems. The end result is a modern and vibrant working environment in Newton Abbot, providing one of the best serviced office venues in the south west
